“Liverpool” launches the season with
the Sudanese phrase “The Most Recent”
The English club Liverpool announced the launch of its 2024-2025 season home kit, with a purely Sudanese phrase.
The club posted on its official Facebook account the phrase “The Most Recent,” along with a picture of the Reds’ star and top scorer, the Egyptian national, Mohammed Salah as well as French defender Ibrahim Konaté, showing off the home shirt for the upcoming sports season. Liverpool’s post was well received and gained significant traction from the Sudanese public.
The Sudanese audience following Liverpool’s page participated in the comments, confirming that the phrase used is exclusive to Sudan.
Liverpool’s German coach, Jürgen Klopp, confirmed that the dispute that occurred between him and the team’s star and Egyptian national, Mohammed Salah, during the “West Ham” match was “definitely resolved.” He pointed out that their knowledge of one another along with their mutual respect contributed to promptly resolving the issue.
Liverpool FC has maintained its top spot in the English Premier League, following the conclusion of the 31st round of the current season 2023-2024, after LFC’s victory over “Sheffield United,” by three goals to one, in their match together on Thursday evening, at the “Anfield” stadium.
Liverpool raised its score to 70 points at the top of the English Premier League table, after defeating “Sheffield United,” by three goals to one, ranking two points ahead of “Arsenal,” the runner-up with 68 points. Arsenal beat “Luton Town” in the same round, with a comfortable two-nill win, and took the lead at the English Premier League table, temporarily.
“Manchester City” came in third place in the English Premier League table, with 67 points, following its notable victory over the team ranking fourth in the English Premier League table, “Aston Villa” by four goals to one.
